This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Outsourced FinOps, regarding your use of the Outsourced FinOps Application (“the Application”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
1. License Grant
Outsourced FinOps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
- You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Application.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- You may not use the Application for any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by Outsourced FinOps or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Application.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Application, you agree that Outsourced FinOps may collect and use data as described in its Privacy Policy, available at [Your Privacy Policy URL].
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is,” with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. Outsourced FinOps disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsourced FinOps shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, including, but not limited to, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete any copies.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
